Editor's Note:
Decided to take care of this for Cate and Marie since I've got the time. It's not as pretty as they could've made it, but I did my best.

During NaNoWriMo, week two is usually the hardest for people. The week writer's block sets in. I think we just passed our hardest week. After a month long break from challenges, I found it hard to get back in the swing of things. And if I'm right, and this was our hardest week of the month, then week two is going to be our easiest and breeze by.
To further boost our word counts after a slow start, the mods and admins are going to be posting word wars and sprints regularly for the rest of the month. You can post your own wars if you can't make it to any of the others. Just be sure to post a notice at least two days in advance and post the time of the war in your post.
Don't forget to come on the forums any time you're having problems with your novel. Somebody is always on and ready to help you do research or answer questions you may have. Our adoptable threads are still open and active as well, should you need to pick a character name, novel title, or still need a plot.
And remember to head over to the Games and Diversions board to take a break from all the writing you've been doing. Be sure to have fun this week, and don't forget to put your word counts in the new Word Logs board. Happy writing.

Congratulations on making it to week two of 6Mo, 6No! Hopefully you're well over ten thousand by now. But if not, don't worry! You're not alone. There's still plenty of time to reach your goals.
