What kind of experience are you looking for? *was sort of considering trying out to do graphics, but the question goes for everything I guess* (Or, um, if I only ever do my own banners is there still a reason for me to apply, or are you looking for people with more practice?)

For graphics I think people should have a good understanding of whatever program they're using. It would help if they had more then, for example, Microsoft Paint. But as long as they're good, I don't think that will be a problem. I will need a few examples of your work though.
Mods, G-Mods, Coders, and Skin Creators need experience working on Proboards sites. And all mods should hopefully have done modding before.
all others don't really need experience.

All right~! In that case:
name: C age: 14 years and almost 5 months from: Northwest of Mexico/Aridoamérica job(s) wanted: Graphic Teams experience? I make my own banners. They're mostly text with texture manipulation, but, y'know. (If you're asking programs, I have a passing familiarity with Photoshop and am pretty good with the GIMP, which is what I use.) anything else? Depending how soon you want things and how complicated they are (in the case that I get accepted) school/homework could get in the way. So, um, just warning you.

name: penskii / Cheyanne Cote age: 18 (April 27th 1991) from: Florida, United States job(s) wanted: Graphic Artist / Graphic Team experience? 4 Years of Comm. Tech (Communication Tech is pretty much a Graphic Design Class. We worked on designing logos, banners, working with color schemes, fonts, ect. ect.) I've got a large knowledge of SAI, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Open Canvas, but due to low funds I'm stuck with Open Canvas v. 1, SAI, and The GIMP (which is like Photoshop and I am very familiar with.) anything else? Let's see. I can also draw, if that helps. (penskii.deviantart.com). I also feel that I should put that I am a font addict. I download hundreds of fonts on a regular basis, so for banner-making I have a large amount of fonts in my arsenol.
I would be happy to draw for the banners, too, but I have a vast knowledge of clipart and copyright laws. So, I know what art is free for use. Art theft is baaaad.
Thank you for considering me.

I was wondering - what kind of work do the event teams do? I mean, in more detail.

It's their job to come up with writing contests for the members, and to let me know if there's anything I can do to better the site.
