I thought I'd post this here since I found something I do want but will have to save for. Post what you want so that we can all say, oooh! Ahhh! and give recommendations on it.
Here's what I've been looking at, it has my inner-editor swooning. Master Writer masterwriter.com/creative_writer/index.html
A way to punch in words to come up with others that actually work with the story, I have a fairly large vocabulary but sometimes I can't think of the word I really want. Plus most of the time I want to burn my Thesaurus because it gives me the wrong words so I have to cross reference and even then it's like pulling a tooth without anesthetics.

OK, yeah - Now I want it too! >.< But wow - it's a little pricy. I will definitely have to save and wait. It looks AWESOME!

...That is a pretty cool program. *boggles slightly*
I'm kind of constrained by my OS (Linux. Sometimes-looked-down-upon-for-being-gussied-up-for-the-normals Ubuntu Linux, and year-old oh-so-outdated 8.10 besides, but still) but I've been trying to buy the desktop version of Write Or Die for ages. So that'd be my main thing I want, really and then there's the idea of a netbook or small secondary laptop (I dream of a Macbook Air, because I am crazy and have never tried Apple for more'n an MP3 player), maybe even something I could write on in school, and then I start flailing about money and stolen and do not want and can we wait a couple years, so yeah.
...And would desperately wanting better wrist braces count too? XDEdited for WoD links.

I definitely think wrist braces count. Yeah pretty pricey but I think it may be worth the scrimping and saving to get it, hmm . . . free trial and a monthly program? I think I'll wait and save, unless my thesaurus magically jumps into the fireplace. Or I nearly give myself brain damage because my head keeps banging against the desk.

I want OpenOffice so bad. It doesn't work on my computer, so I'm stuck on a free trial of WordPerfect (which I also drool over) and Microsoft Word which doesn't do any of the pretty things I need it to. Like double space my work. That'd be nice.
